We hold the contract. A vetted subcontractor does the work. We manage it, inspect it and answer for it.
The prime contractor model
Aurora Vale is the prime contractor. The agency signs one contract with us and deals with one company for the whole period of performance.
We source a qualified local subcontractor for each site, manage the schedule, inspect the work against the performance work statement and report to the contracting officer. When something goes wrong, it is ours to fix.

For subcontractors
Work with us as a subcontractor
We bring the federal contract; you do the work you already do well. We look for licensed local crews in janitorial, grounds, pest control and supply. Tell us your company name, service area and NAICS codes.
